Oh those bouncy flowers that pop up everywhere! Petunias came to mind when describing this yarn. It’s a 2 ply fingering weight and was put together from two Blue Faced Leicester/Corriedale cross ewes. The Corriedale added some extra crimp to these ewe’s fleeces, making it really bouncy and fine! It’s a lovely natural color with one white fleece and one chocolate brown fleece blending into this lovely shade. Mixing the colors gave it a lovely heather to it and it over-dyes beautifully!

The wool for this yarn was raised here in my backyard and each batch of yarn is named for one of my sheep!

2 ply fingering wool bfl/corriedale cross
450 yards. approximately 70 gm

Hand wash cool. Lay flat to dry.
